About Adelmann
Founded in 1967 in Karlstadt, Adelmann AG is a globally active service provider, system supplier and problem solver in the fields of machinery, apparatus and vessel construction as well as plant, vacuum and environmental technology. The plants are largely manufactured in-house in the business units of machinery and apparatus construction and plant engineering; in doing so, the company works with metal and plastic, especially in vessel construction and large-scale plant construction. In the field of plastics processing and recycling, Adelmann offers recycling plants, processing plants and size-reduction machines such as crushers, fiberizers, cutting mills and grinding plants. A key focus is environmental technology, in which the export share is about 80 percent; in refrigeration appliance disposal, the company was able to achieve a leading market position with a process for environmentally friendly conversion of CFCs into recyclable materials. According to the company, its corporate structure combines the flexibility of a small business with the capacity of a medium-sized industrial company. The legal form was changed in 2005 by change of legal form from Adelmann AG to Adelmann GmbH (today A-Tec GmbH).
