About ADIRO
ADIRO Automatisierungstechnik GmbH was founded in 1990 and develops customer-specific automation solutions, robotic cells, experimental and research systems, and didactic learning systems at its Esslingen (Berkheim) site. The company combines three areas: Automation, Didactic, and Robotic. Its portfolio includes engineering with CAD and EPLAN design, PLC programming and visualization, control cabinet and control system construction, and mechanical manufacturing through aluminum profile frame construction, piping construction, welding, and rapid prototyping of plastic parts; turned, milled, sheet-metal, and stainless-steel parts are produced by around 50 qualified regular suppliers. In robotics, ADIRO performs over 100 commissionings per year and has been a certified system partner for Mitsubishi robot systems since 2003, with experience in Mitsubishi, KUKA, ABB, Yaskawa, Fanuc, Stäubli, Universal Robots, and Denso. Customers come from the chemical, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, life sciences, water and wastewater technology, and electronics industries as well as industry, research, and education; partners include Festo Didactic, Mitsubishi Electric, Pilz, Siemens, Fraunhofer ICT, and TU Wien. Following ISO 9001 certification, the teams work from individual parts to complete systems, including risk assessment according to DIN EN ISO 12100 and ISO 10218, as well as service, training, and maintenance throughout the entire plant life cycle.
