About ADMEDES

ADMEDES is a contract manufacturer specialized in medical device components with headquarters in Pforzheim. Since 1996, the company has manufactured components from Nitinol as well as L605, MP35N, 316LVM, SS304, titanium, platinum and tantalum for applications such as stents, heart valve frames and neuroimplants. The value chain includes laser microfabrication (cutting, welding, ablation, drilling, profiling), wire technology (braiding, winding, forming), 7-axis CNC milling, silicone coating, micro assembly and cleanroom production. An in-house test laboratory offers simulation, SEM/EDX, metallography and mechanical testing. ADMEDES is part of the G.RAU Group and, in addition to its main plant in Pforzheim (30,600 m²), operates production sites in Livermore (USA) and Cartago (Costa Rica) with a total of more than 37,000 m² of production space. All sites are ISO 13485 certified; the Pforzheim and Livermore sites are additionally FDA registered.
