About Adolf Brenne Draht + Bandformtechnik
Adolf Brenne Draht + Bandformtechnik GmbH in Iserlohn-Letmathe has been manufacturing springs and wire form parts since 1960. The product range includes tension and compression springs from a wire diameter of 0.3 mm, leg springs from 0.4 mm, flat springs and stamping parts from 0.1 to 4.0 mm material thickness, as well as wire bending parts and wire rings made from wire diameters of 0.4 to 10.0 mm. Production takes place on CNC-controlled spring coiling machines and bending machines, among others from Wafios; wire rings can be produced butt-welded with a round bead. All common steel grades are processed, including spring steel wire according to DIN EN 10270, as well as non-ferrous metals. In-house toolmaking enables prototype manufacturing and economical series production; heat treatment and surface technology are offered via a partner network. Customers are found in mechanical and plant engineering, vehicle technology, the electrical industry, medical technology, precision mechanics, and consumer goods production.
