About the Dental Laboratory

The Ästhetik-Dentallabor Ingmar Bennemann is an owner-managed dental laboratory in Georgsmarienhütte near Osnabrück. Owner master dental technician Ingmar Bennemann and his team produce custom dental prostheses for dental practices – from fixed crowns and bridges through removable restorations to implant restorations. Production combines digital processes with dental craftsmanship: the patient's situation is scanned and digitally designed, frameworks made of zirconia and CoCr (KCM) alloys are produced on several 5-axis milling machines. In addition to CAD/CAM milling technology, pressed ceramics based on the e-max system, metal-ceramic constructions with individual creative ceramic layering, telescopic crown and attachment anchoring, as well as clasp cast partial dentures made of CoCr (KCM) alloys are used. Implant abutments, implant bars and even large 14-unit bridges are manufactured screwed or cemented; for this the laboratory cooperates with all leading implant manufacturers. Digital photography is used for shade selection and documentation. The laboratory is registered with the Osnabrück-Emsland Chamber of Skilled Crafts and supplies dental practices throughout Germany.
