About AGK Holzbau
AGK Holzbau is a sole proprietorship operated by master carpenter Alexander Georg König, with its operating site in Hilden. Since 1997, we have been working as a carpentry business for Düsseldorf and the surrounding area; since June 2014, we have been supporting construction projects in the region from Hilden. Our range of services includes the planning and execution of roof trusses (measurement and leveling of all roof types), dormers, timber frame construction, half-timbering, old building renovation, in-situ construction, and terrace and garden timber construction. For roof trusses, structural timber (KVH), especially spruce, is used; in terrace construction, woods such as Bankirai, Teak, Maseranduba, Larch, Douglasia, and heat-treated wood are utilized. Planning is carried out using S+S 3D-timber construction software, with production featuring millimeter-precise cuts. For roof truss measurement and larger projects, we collaborate with specialist partners such as Holzfachzentrum Hüttemann and Verbundzentrum Wismar. Our clients include private homeowners, architectural firms, and projects such as the Holzhaus at the Caravan Messe Düsseldorf.
