About Ahlberg Metalltechnik

Ahlberg Metalltechnik GmbH is a family-owned, medium-sized company from Berlin, founded by Mario Ahlberg in November 2004. The group comprises Ahlberg Metalltechnik GmbH (AM), which acts as a system supplier and mass producer of stamped, bent, turned, and milled parts as well as welded and assembled modules, and Ahlberg Engineering GmbH (AE), which provides engineering services for development and simulation, design, and automation, as well as for the production of individual parts and prototypes, and for tooling, fixturing, and special machinery construction. In mass production, stamped parts, asymmetrical deep-drawn parts, stamped nipples, flanges, and complex covers are manufactured using follow-on compound tools; in machining, precision components are produced on CNC lathes and machining centers, including complete processing of cast parts. Production is carried out on 14 stamping presses with 40 to 400 t pressing force, 20 CNC lathes, 8 CNC milling machines, automated welding systems, and 2D laser cutting technology. Key industries include the automotive industry and its suppliers, mechanical engineering, medical technology, electrical and energy industries, construction industry, two-wheel and railway vehicle technology, with customers such as Mercedes-Benz, Bosch, ZF, TRUMPF, and Siemens. Since summer 2015, the company has been located in the Berlin-Adlershof Technology Park with around 170 employees, occupying an area of approximately 9,000 m².
