About Aicher CNC-Drehteile

Since 1970, Aicher CNC-Drehteile GmbH & Co. KG has been manufacturing precision turned parts and drilled parts at its site in Rietheim-Weilheim, Baden-Württemberg. The production program covers the manufacture and complete machining of turned and drilled parts, including cross and back-side machining as well as Y-axis machining, from sample parts to large series of 20 to 80,000 pieces, as well as pressed and sliding-fit parts in large volumes. Bar machining is carried out in a diameter range of 5 to 60 mm and up to a length of 400 mm. Materials machined include stainless steel, free-cutting steel, brass, aluminum and machinable plastics. The machine park comprises cam-controlled automatic lathes as well as CNC fixed-head and sliding-headstock lathes, including machines with Y-axis and 8-axis sliding-headstock lathes. On around 800 square meters of production space, five employees work flexibly, quickly and straightforwardly, according to the company.
