AIRCO SYSTEMS GmbH, headquartered in Oberursel (Taunus), is a solutions provider for industrial nitrogen and compressed air supply with over 30 years of experience. The company develops and manufactures nitrogen generators based on the patented PSAL technology (pressure swing adsorption), which produce nitrogen on-site with purities of 95 % to 99.9999 % (5.0 to 6.0); downstream, the N-Kat system enables catalytic post-purification up to 6.0. The range of services covers demand assessment, planning and 3D design, in-house manufacturing of the systems including high-pressure compression up to 300 bar and nitrogen storage in bundles, as well as installation, commissioning and training. In addition, AIRCO offers compressors, compressed air treatment, pipework, energy efficiency consulting as well as maintenance and 24h service for nitrogen, compressed air and refrigeration technology. The systems are used, among other things, in laser cutting, electronics manufacturing, the pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries as well as in research; more than 6,000 systems are installed worldwide.
