airkom Druckluft GmbH, based in Wildau near Berlin, has been a full-service provider of turnkey compressed air and industrial cooling systems since 2000. The company, with around 50 employees, plans, builds and maintains systems for compressed air, vacuum, cooling and technical gases – from standardized compressor systems to customized special solutions such as container or trailer-mounted systems. As an authorized contract partner of Atlas Copco, airkom works with components from renowned manufacturers; completed projects include large systems with 45,000 Nm³/h of compressed air and 4.5 MW of cooling capacity. The service portfolio includes, in addition to plant construction, system analyses (Airaudit), heat recovery, energy efficiency consulting, control and automation technology, rental of rental systems, as well as maintenance, repair and statutory inspections (BetrSichV, EU Regulation 517-2014, DGUV V3). Customers come from mechanical and plant engineering, large-scale industry, trade and construction; projects have been implemented throughout Europe.
