AIXOLUTION GmbH, based in Aachen, is an independent solutions company in mechanical engineering offering technical services from planning through to implementation. The company handles parts or the complete implementation of product developments through to market maturity – from design via prototyping to series production with production-accompanying quality assurance. In manufacturing, precision parts are made from a wide variety of metals and plastics: the spectrum ranges from turning with driven tools and computer-aided 5-axis simultaneous milling to grinding, EDM, waterjet and laser cutting, laser welding as well as bending, folding and punching operations. In addition, plastic injection molding including toolmaking, heat treatment, coating as well as joining and assembly up to the operational machine are offered. Another focus is 3-D component metrology with CNC-controlled and handheld measuring systems, measuring arm and laser scanner, also as contract measurement. Lot sizes range from one-off to series production; delivery is throughout Europe.
