About Akkurat GmbH
Akkurat GmbH, based in Finsterwalde (Brandenburg), has been designing and manufacturing tools for cold and hot bulk forming since 2007. The tools, mostly made as one-off productions according to customer drawings, are used for the series production of complex components – from fasteners to components for the automotive industry. Manufacturing takes place on modern CNC machines; an in-house hardening shop for the heat treatment of the tools as well as in-house metrology for dimensional accuracy testing ensure defined tool life and consistent quality. In addition, the company manufactures machined shaped parts. The owner-managed company works as an independent partner for the screw and fastener industry, bulk forming and the automotive industry and is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.
