About AHS Werkzeugbau
Albert Hillringhaus Werkzeugbau KG (AHS) is a toolmaking company in Gevelsberg-Silschede that has existed since 1929. Its specialty is sheet metal processing tools of all kinds, in particular progressive dies up to a length of around 3,000 mm as well as multi-stage press tools. The company covers the entire development process through to production maturity: from 3D tool design with SolidWorks and surface modeling, via simultaneous engineering, to try-out and initial series production under production conditions. For tool manufacturing, CNC milling, CNC turning, cylindrical grinding, precision, contour and profile grinding as well as wire and die-sinking EDM are available. In addition, AHS manufactures precision turned parts in small series of 1 to 100 pieces. The workpieces leave the manufacturing area certified to DIN EN ISO 9001 after 100% inspection with an inspection certificate. Customers come primarily from the automotive supply and lock industries.
