85 years of rubber technology from the Northern Black Forest

Albtal-Gummiwerke HARTIG GmbH is a medium-sized, family-owned company based in Marxzell-Frauenalb in the Northern Black Forest, active since 1939 as a manufacturer, system supplier and service provider of technical elastomer products, now in its fourth generation. The portfolio includes individually extruded rubber profiles and hoses (mono and co-extrusion with steam, salt bath, microwave or hot air vulcanization), customized molded and composite parts, finished/assembled products as well as in-house produced rubber compounds on its own mixing line (including NR, EPDM, NBR, CR, SBR, FKM and blended grades). In addition, as a system supplier, Albtal-Gummiwerke distributes flat gaskets, O-rings, hydraulic seals as well as turned and milled parts. Project support ranges from design (AutoCAD, CATIA), development and prototype construction through sample production to series production, complemented by logistics services such as warehousing, Kanban, special packaging and EDI-based supply chain management. Customers come from the automotive, machinery and plant engineering, vehicle construction, shipbuilding, electrical, construction and civil engineering, food & pharma, tunnel construction and classic & youngtimer vehicle sectors.
