About Alcomex
Alcomex is a European manufacturer of technical springs with the German company based in Goch. The company produces compression, extension, torsion (torque) springs, disc, formed, leaf, stamping, crank, clock, spiral and power springs as well as stamped-bent parts and wire products made to drawing or model. Production takes place on CNC-controlled bending and coiling machines (including Wafios), stamping and multislide press machines (including Bihler), grinding machines and furnaces for heat treatment; leaf springs are also manufactured by laser cutting. Spring steels C75/C85/C100 to EN 10270-1 are used, as well as stainless steels, Inconel, Hastelloy, MP35N, beryllium copper, phosphor bronze and brass, complemented by shot peening, presetting, heat treatment and surface treatments such as galvanizing, nickel plating, chrome plating, powder coating and tinning. The range includes more than 4,000 stock springs, complemented by prototyping, spring calculation to DIN EN 13906, joint development and a test center in Opmeer. Customers come from mechanical engineering, medical technology, the food, lighting, construction, agricultural and automotive industries. Alcomex employs more than 300 people at nine sites and has been part of the Swedish Lesjöfors Group since 2021.
