About ALDINGER INDUSTRIES
ALDINGER INDUSTRIES AIROVATION GmbH & Co. KG is a family business founded in 1994 by Anja Aldinger and based in Nagold in the Black Forest. The company manufactures custom plastic formed parts using vacuum deep drawing (thermoforming) and covers the entire value chain: design and feasibility support, in-house tool production partly completed within a single day, deep-drawing production, surface finishing (including carbon look, wood decor, printing and colors via the SEE ME by ALDINGER INDUSTRIES process) as well as application into complete assemblies through bonding, welding and assembly. Thermoplastics such as PS, ABS, ABS-PMMA, PC, PMMA, PET, PE, PP, PS/PE and PVC are processed; assemblies may also include metal and GFRP. Originally established for the aviation industry, the company supplies more than 1,100 customers worldwide with 102 employees, including RECARO Aircraft Seating, and produces, among other things, cockpit linings, seat components, backrests, workpiece carriers and blister packaging. Production takes place on the expanded 5,000 m² plant site in Nagold; formed parts up to 2000 x 1000 x 620 mm are possible.
