About Aldoplastic
Aldoplastic GmbH & Co. KG is a self-managed manufacturer of plastic packaging films based in Alsdorf near Aachen. For approximately 50 years, the company has been producing film products, specializing in transport and pallet protection packaging such as jumbo bags, protective hoods, inliners, covering hoods, sacks, and bags, as well as tubular and flat films, custom cuts, and shrink or stretch hoods. Production is carried out continuously on ten mono and multi-layer blown film lines (Mono and Coex) with film thicknesses from 30 to 200 µm and widths up to 2,000 mm. The materials used include LLDPE, LDPE, MDPE, as well as recycled PE raw materials from Post-Industrial and Post-Consumer sources; an in-house recycling department recovers around 1,000 tonnes per year. In its own printing department, films are printed using flexography with up to five colors, subsequently processed on six finishing machines into sacks, hoods, and custom cuts. Customers come from the construction materials, chemical, beverage, glass, substrate, non-food, paper, and petrochemical industries. The company employs around 80 staff members and produces about 22,000 tonnes of film per year.
