Alexander Kaczmarek Das Natursteinwerk produces individual headstones, urn installations, memorials, grave borders and grave slabs as well as grave ornaments such as vases, lamps, sunken vases and bowls made of natural stone. Production takes place entirely in its own workshop, from raw block to delivery, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern precision. In addition to headstone production, the company offers landscaping products such as chippings, pebbles, gabions, boulders and stepping stones. A wide variety of natural stones are used, including granite, marble, Afghan basalt, serpentinite, Ruhr sandstone and individual rocks, with surface treatments such as polished, satin, flamed, tumbled, bush-hammered and split-face rough. Customers are stonemasons, landscaping companies, wholesalers and cemetery suppliers; deliveries are made throughout Germany. The headquarters with the natural stone workshop is located in Balve (Sauerland), the grave ornament manufactory of Kaczmarek Grabschmuck Produktionsgesellschaft mbH is in Luckau (Brandenburg). In addition, the company offers a mobile exhibition by truck as well as a dealer programme.

All work steps from raw block to delivery are carried out by the company's own staff; the master craftsman's work is performed with careful inspection of material and surface. The mobile exhibition also enables on-site inspection of veining and material quality at the customer's premises.
