About us
Alfred Haasis Formenbau GmbH is a family-owned business based in Balingen that has existed since 1970. The company designs and produces aluminium casting tools such as gravity die casting moulds – from the two-part permanent mould to the casting spoon with four slides – as well as fixtures for their machining and quality inspection. In addition, in the field of machining the company produces large and small mechanical engineering components made of steel, non-ferrous metals and welded assemblies, also as contract manufacturing and custom-made products. With a machining envelope of 2000 x 1200 x 1500 mm and unit weights up to 5500 kg, even large-format components can be realized. A self-developed clamping system enables the economical production of small quantities. Design, mould making, fixture construction and machining are all offered completely in-house from a single source.
