This is who we are
Alipro AG is an independent Swiss family company based in Hittnau in the canton of Zurich, founded in 1942 and now run by the third generation of the Wälchli family. The company produces semi-finished products for bakeries and confectioneries, including baking jams, gelées, baking masses such as almond and nut fillings, fruit fillings, rolled fondants and glazes, sprinkles, crème powder, baking mixes, baking agents and release agents. Production and development largely take place inhouse at the Hittnau site, meaning all steps from raw material selection to manufacturing are controlled under one roof. Customers can request production under labels of their choice, such as Fairtrade or Bio Knospe. Since 1975, Alipro has been the exclusive distribution partner of ZEELANDIA in Switzerland, and since 2024 additionally the exclusive distribution partner for Bombasei decorative articles. The products are delivered directly to bakeries and confectioneries, partly via Pistor as a distribution partner.
