About ALKU
Since 1973, ALKU Diamantwerkzeuge GmbH has manufactured diamond and CBN grinding tools to order for grinding, dressing and polishing. The portfolio includes grinding tools with resin, metal, hybrid, electroplated and vitrified bonds as well as dressing tools such as single- and multi-point diamond dressers, CVD/MKD dressers and diamond-impregnated dressing rolls. For polishing, grinding tools with micro grits as well as diamond lapping films, pastes and emulsions are offered. In addition to standard tools, the company develops and manufactures custom tools to order. The tools are mainly used for machining ceramics, optical glass, hardened steel and carbide. The quality management system has been certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 since 2016.
