About Allert
Allert is a family business founded in 1959 by Kurt Allert in Leinfelden-Echterdingen and, since 1997, a member of the globally active Oetiker Group. The company develops and manufactures customised solutions for connection and conveyor technology: hinged plate belts with pitches from 25.4 to 152.4 mm, special conveyor chains, fastening technology such as V-profile clamps and screw clips, as well as stamped and bent parts to customer specifications. Production takes place at the Oberndorf am Neckar site with a machine fleet comprising punching presses (120 to 4,000 kN press force), hydraulic and insertion presses, 5-axis CNC milling machines, welding robots, washing systems and vibratory finishing systems. Materials processed include steel and stainless steel (including 1.4301) with sheet thicknesses of 0.5 to 6 mm and a maximum belt width of 600 mm. The service portfolio includes in-house toolmaking, design with Siemens NX, FMEA with APIS software, and assembly up to series production readiness. Customers include industries ranging from the automotive industry, mechanical and plant engineering, foundry and forging, through environmental technology/recycling and food technology, to the household and electrical appliance industry and electronics.
