About ALLMATIC
ALLMATIC-Jakob Spannsysteme GmbH develops, produces and assembles machine vises and clamping systems for machining in the tooling and mechanical engineering industries. Since 1973, the company has focused on one product type: clamping devices with a mechanical power spindle, including high-pressure clamps, NC clamps based on the pull-down principle, multi-clamping devices such as the Monoblock, grip-jaw systems for blanks from flame and saw cuts as well as die-cast parts, hydraulic vises, zero-point clamping systems, standardized clamping towers and automation solutions such as the RoboBuddy for unmanned production. Under the AllLite brand founded in 2017, a streamlined eco-line with self-centering clamps and clamping rails is offered. The product range covers 3-, 4- and 5-axis machining, including 5-sided machining with low interference contour and clamping force monitoring (Sense series). At the Unterthingau site in the Allgäu region, research and development, production, assembly, marketing and sales, service and administration are combined under one roof. With 53 employees, the company supplies single-part manufacturers, series manufacturers and training companies, and serves customers worldwide through a dealer network.
