ALMACO founded by Ulf Hedberg and others (Chairman & CEO 1998–2004; Mikael Hedberg President & COO 1998–2004).
2005
Vilhelm Roberts becomes President & CEO (2005–2017), Ulf Hedberg Executive Chairman (2005–2017).

Entry into the offshore industry with 440 NORSOK-compliant modular cabins.
