About us
ALSTAB Oberflächentechnik GmbH specializes in the professional surface finishing and coating of metal components. The focus is on powder coating as well as the duplex process, which provides increased corrosion protection and a special primer. The company works with aluminium, steel, galvanized steel and stainless steel. The processes include pre-treatment in accordance with DIN EN 12487 (aluminium) and DIN 55633 (galvanized steel). The finished parts are offered in almost all RAL, RAL Design, NCS and DB colours in various gloss levels and textures. The customer base includes industries such as metal and window construction, facade manufacturers, mechanical engineering and automotive suppliers. The production facility is located in Osterwieck, Germany.

Quality Assurance
Quality assurance is carried out through comprehensive controls ranging from monitoring the pre-treatment baths to inspection of the coated object. This includes coating thickness measurement, visual inspection and cross-cut test. On customer request, salt spray tests, colour measurement and boil tests are also possible.
