The company produces CNC turned parts and CNC milled parts to drawing (tolerances IT6 to IT7 per ISO 286, surface finishes down to Ra 0.4 µm), special screws such as anchor screws, stud screws, necked-down screws per DIN 2510, T-bolts, titanium screws and studbolts, as well as punched, pressed, bent, laser-cut, deep-drawn and cast parts. In addition, the company operates a specialized trade business with over 130,000 standard parts ex stock. Production is carried out in steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass, copper, titanium, tantalum, plastics and special alloys such as Inconel, Hastelloy and Monel; heat treatment and surface finishing (including zinc, hot-dip galvanizing, PTFE) are part of the service spectrum. Customers come from mechanical engineering, plant engineering, automotive, petrochemicals, energy and power plant construction, aerospace, marine technology and medical technology. Over 40 employees work at the Hamburg-Poppenbüttel site in production, warehousing and sales; the QM system per DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 is regularly audited by TÜV NORD.
