About Alte Filzfabrik Oschatz
The Alte Filzfabrik Oschatz GmbH & Co. KG is not a manufacturing operation but the operator of a commercial and trades park on the site of the former felt and felt goods factory in Oschatz (Saxony). The factory complex built in 1913 on Lichtstraße was acquired in 2011 by the Alte Filzfabrik GmbH & Co. KG and has since been converted into a commercial and trades park. Commercial and office spaces ranging from 80 to 2700 m² are rented out; they can be individually partitioned and fitted out. The target audience are trades businesses, commercial and service companies looking for premises in the old factory buildings. The company is organised as a GmbH & Co. KG; the personally liable partner is the Alte Filzfabrik Oschatz Verwaltungs GmbH with Managing Director Jens Hönisch.
