ALTMANN-Pulverbeschichtung GmbH & Co. KG is a surface treatment center in Löhne (North Rhine-Westphalia) that coats metal components made of iron, aluminum, stainless steel, galvanized steel, and die-cast and gravity-cast alloys in small batches and large series. The service portfolio includes powder coating on an automatic and a manual coating line, chemical pretreatment by iron phosphating and chromium-free passivation for aluminum, as well as sandblasting. Additional services include grinding and deburring, masking of fits and contact points, assembly work such as captive nut insertion and module assembly, as well as inspection with 100% visual inspection and coating thickness measurement reports. Mechanical manufacturing processes such as laser cutting, bending and welding are arranged through partners. With a 1,000 sqm cold storage hall, a 600 sqm outdoor warehouse and 400 sqm of covered loading areas, the company offers storage, order picking and special packaging; delivery is carried out with two of its own trucks. The quality management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 has been in place since 2004 and is monitored by TÜV Hessen.
