Company
Aluminium-Service GmbH has been active as a supplier in the non-ferrous metal trade since 1981 and has developed into a competence center for machining and joining technology at its site in Hasselroth near Hanau/Frankfurt. As a contract manufacturer, the company produces precision components, individual parts, prototypes, small series, production series and complete assemblies to drawing or CAD data. The service portfolio includes CNC milling, 5-axis machining, CNC turning, wire and sinker EDM as well as joining techniques such as robot-assisted laser welding, electron beam welding, MIG/MAG welding, laser brazing, flame brazing and vacuum brazing. The offering is complemented by laser and flame hardening, surface technology, assembly of complete units and in-house testing procedures such as metallography, hardness testing, helium leak testing and 3D measurement. Materials include aluminium, copper, brass, bronze, stainless steel, titanium, molybdenum, tungsten and Inconel. Customers come from the semiconductor and vacuum technology, medical, aerospace, food, electrical and automotive engineering, motorsport, defence as well as mechanical and plant engineering sectors.
