AluTec GmbH is a foundry specialized in aluminium sand casting, headquartered in Fürth (Boxdorfer Straße 27). The company produces cast parts by hand molding and machine molding in alloys according to DIN EN 1706, including wheelset bearing housings, large housings and general components for rail vehicle construction as well as components for general mechanical engineering. The value chain covers in-house pattern and tool making, casting according to EN 1559, internal heat treatment and mechanical machining on CNC machines in-house. In addition, AluTec produces clamping elements made of aluminium.
