About Alvarez Fertigungstechnik
Alvarez Fertigungstechnik GmbH & Co. KG, founded in 1992, is a contract manufacturer for CNC and conventional machining based in Spenge. The company produces turned parts on vertical and horizontal CNC lathes as well as milled parts on machining centers, complemented by machining on cam-controlled automatic lathes. Series production is carried out from bar stock with diameters from 5 to 100 mm and lengths up to 650 mm; from solid sawn blanks, parts up to 300 mm in diameter are machined. A key focus is the machining of stainless steel, although other metals are also machined. With a machine park of 15 CNC machines from the brands INDEX, Nakamura-Tome, Takisawa, Kitamura and Traub, prototypes, single parts, small series and large series are manufactured to drawing and sample; complex geometries are produced with up to 9 axes in a single operation. In addition, the company offers deburring, the assembly of subassemblies, customer-specific custom solutions, and its own transport for regional delivery.
