About AMPU Stanztechnik

AMPU Stanztechnik GmbH & Co. KG is a medium-sized manufacturer of stamping and forming components based in Pforzheim. In its own production facilities, the company manufactures stamped and bent parts, contact parts, rivet parts and aluminium heat sinks, mainly from non-ferrous metals and aluminium. The manufacturing range includes stamping with automatic presses up to 55 tonnes of punching force and a tool size of approximately 400 × 300 × 280 mm, as well as pressing with hydraulic presses up to 150 tonnes. In addition, parts are riveted — with automatic rivet feeding — soldered in a protective gas furnace using a continuous process, and threads up to an inner diameter of 6 mm are cut or formed. The company produces complete parts or carries out partial machining according to customer requirements, and also offers assembly of sub-assemblies. The products are used in electrical and control engineering, vehicle engineering, and the electrical and automotive industries. With around 20 employees and a technically advanced machine park, the company produces one-off pieces as well as small to medium-sized series.
