About analyticon instruments
Founded in 2000, analyticon instruments gmbh positions itself as a provider of mobile analysis based on the 'laboratory in the hand' principle. The company distributes brand-independent handheld spectrometers and analyzers based on X-ray fluorescence (XRF), LIBS, Raman, NIR, FTIR, colorimetry, PCR, mass spectrometry and ion mobility spectrometry, as well as process spectrometers for process analytics (PAT). Since November 2023, the company has been producing its own handheld XRF analyzer FEnX-T at its Rosbach v. d. Höhe site, and also operates a service center with repairs, factory calibrations and individual calibration development, an application laboratory, and the analyticon akademie for training and workshops. Customers come from recycling, metal processing, chemicals, pharma, quality assurance, environmental and soil analysis, toy and food monitoring, as well as from authorities such as customs, police and fire departments. Since 2019, analyticon has been part of the French Groupe Physitek, which was expanded in 2024 to include Sirio analitix (Italy).
