About us

Andreas Kleinwächter Werkzeugbau - Metallteilefertigung is a family business founded in 1984 in Hirschau (Dienhof industrial park) with around 865 m² of space across three production and warehouse halls. The company manufactures metal parts from single pieces to welded assemblies and series products as well as stamped and formed parts on eccentric presses with 6 to 100 tonnes of press force; a fully automatic stamping press processes strip material up to 70 mm wide and 1 mm thick. Further services include CNC milling and CNC turning, wire EDM, surface grinding, sawing, edge bending, tube deburring and MIG/MAG robotic welding with KUKA welding robots. Manufacturing is complemented by design/engineering (ESPRIT) and tool and fixture making for the company's own and customer-side processes. Customers come from mechanical engineering, the supply industry and the furniture/chair sector; historically, the business began as a regional representative for Dorma barrier systems and as a manufacturer of earth conductor bridges.
