About Andres AG
Andres AG is a Swiss precision turning shop based in Lohn-Ammannsegg (SO), specialised in sliding-headstock turning of ready-to-install CNC turned parts made of metal and plastic. Bar stock with diameters from 1 to 25 mm and lengths up to 3 m is machined; with a fleet of 30 CNC sliding-headstock lathes from Citizen and Tornos, tolerances down to ±0.001 mm are achieved. Production ranges from the prototype phase to series production, among other things in accordance with GMP and GDP guidelines for medical technology. Materials include titanium, implant steel, stainless steel, brass, copper (CuPb1P), steel and plastics. Customer industries include medical technology, electronics/connection technology, optics, fibre optics, hydraulics, apparatus engineering, measurement and control technology, fluidics and special batteries. The company is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016 and supplies customers worldwide with a focus on Switzerland and Western Europe.
