Anzer Crimp Technik GmbH (ACT) has been providing development services and manufacturing technology for electrical wires and wiring harnesses at its Elsterberg location since 1998. Its range of services extends from individual wires to complex wiring harnesses, including sample production, prototype and small-batch production, series production, and module assembly. In addition, marking by printing or wire markers, wrapping, braiding, and heat-shrink tubing as well as sorting and inspection work are offered. In its own tool and enclosure manufacturing, the company produces quick-change crimp tools and stamping dies using CNC milling, turning, wire EDM, and cylindrical and surface grinding. Production takes place on modern, fully automated production lines staffed by trained specialists. Customers come primarily from the automotive, rail, and industrial cable sectors; on request, ACT also provides contract manufacturing and development support with consulting, including on-site.
