About AOKI
AOKI Technical Laboratory develops and manufactures machines for one-step injection stretch blow moulding (ISBM) with only three stations. The company's proprietary Direct Heatcon® technology uses the residual heat of the preform for stretching and blowing, eliminating a separate heating step and enabling containers to be produced faster and with lower energy consumption. The machines process PET and rPET (pellets or flakes) as well as PP, PE, HDPE, PC, TRITAN, PLA, PEN, PMMA, COC/COP, PPSU/PES and other thermoplastics. The range extends from small packaging to wide-neck containers. Machines and moulds are manufactured exclusively in the company's own plants in Nagano (Japan); every machine and mould is inspected before delivery. In Europe, AOKI is represented by the European headquarters in Düsseldorf with a spare parts warehouse (24-hour spare parts delivery) and by the technical service office in Barcelona for Spain and Portugal. Target industries are primarily the packaging industry for PET and rPET bottles and containers.
