About APS Germany
APS Germany GmbH, headquartered in Puchheim near Munich, is a system provider of noise protection and blast protection solutions for airports. The company plans, manufactures, supplies and installs Ground Run-up Enclosures (GRE) – noise protection barriers for engine run-up testing – as well as Jet Blast Screens and Blast Deflectors. The systems are individually designed according to the acoustic and aerodynamic requirements of the respective site; wall frame heights of more than 20 metres have been realised. In addition to its engineering and installation services, APS offers noise measurements (consulting, status and acceptance measurement) as well as maintenance and servicing of systems – including electromechanical and hydraulic systems – as stand-alone services. For over 30 years, APS has been supplying airports, airlines and MRO operators worldwide; the reference project is the circular run-up enclosure for the Airbus A380 in Toulouse.
