About AQ Group
AQ Group is an internationally active contract manufacturer of components and systems for industrial customers with demanding requirements. The Swedish company, headquartered in Västerås, manufactures across seven business areas: CNC machining up to Ø 2000 mm and a milling range of 8500 x 2500 x 1200 mm, injection molding from under one gram to 3 kg with clamping forces of up to 1500 t, sheet metal processing with laser cutting, turret punching, press braking and powder coating, certified welding (ISO 3834-2) of stainless steel, aluminum and titanium, cable harness and electronics manufacturing as well as design and final assembly of complex machines and automated systems such as ticketing systems, ATMs and packaging machines. Materials include steel, stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, copper, Aluzink as well as engineering and high-performance plastics such as PC, PA, PBT, PC/ABS, PP, ABS, TPE, TPU, POM, PES, PEI and PEEK. Customer demand comes from the defense industry, medical technology, the forestry industry, the automotive and railway industries, electronics, energy, ventilation/HVAC and control technology. Production takes place in Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Germany (sales), Brazil, China, Bulgaria and the USA.

AQ Group works with certified welding coordination management according to ISO 3834-2, its own IWS competence, calibrated measuring equipment (Zeiss Contura G2, API laser tracker, Romer measuring arms), a measurement room, pressure testing and helium leak testing down to molecular level.
