About AWH

Armaturenwerk Hötensleben GmbH (AWH), based in Hötensleben (Saxony-Anhalt), has been manufacturing valves and fittings since 1859 and is today a manufacturer of hygienic stainless steel components for the food, cosmetics, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. The product portfolio comprises connections (including clamp fittings in investment casting 1.4308), fittings, valve technology (diaphragm, ball, vacuum and safety valves), strainers and sight glasses, cleaning technology, pigging technology, pipes and accessories, mixer technology as well as tank equipment and hoses. Production includes welding machines for pressure vessels and piping, pipe grinding, mechanical polishing (product-contact surface Ra 0.8) and electropolishing in an e-polishing bath. Materials are mainly stainless steels such as 1.4404, 1.4435 and 1.4307, alongside investment casting 1.4308 as well as sealing materials made of EPDM and FKM. In addition, AWH offers custom manufacturing to customer specifications, modular system manufacturing, unit construction including assembly, pressure vessels, filter housings and expansion vessels. The company employs 433 staff at 10 sites, generated revenue of 86 million euros in 2025 and is a member of the NEUMO Ehrenberg Group.
