About us
AS Technical Solutions is an owner-managed service provider for the food industry based in Sendenhorst in the Münsterland region. The company with three employees services smoking and ripening chamber systems of all manufacturers, including legacy systems without manufacturer support such as Peukert or BASTRA. The service portfolio includes maintenance and repair, modernization and retrofit (control conversion ADITEC/BASTRA, heating conversion from oil or gas to electric, retrofitting of cooling showers), service for GRAEF slicing machines as a factory-trained service partner, DGUV V3 inspections of movable machines, stainless steel welding as part of repairs, as well as installation, dismantling and relocations including commissioning and instruction. The specially designed conversion solutions include, among other things, a two-stage 36 kW electric heating system with 18 heating rods. The team realizes around 1,000 service calls per year and about 100 GRAEF machines annually nationwide with three service vehicles. In addition, the GmbH operates a trade in butcher machines and used machines via bloc73machinery.com.
