About Ascenta International
Ascenta International specializes in the manufacture of custom OEM components in steel, stainless steel, aluminium, zinc, brass and plastic. The company offers processes such as zinc and aluminium die casting, plastic injection moulding, CNC machining, stamping, profiling, cold forming and investment casting, complemented by surface finishing such as galvanizing, chrome plating, anodizing, powder coating and sandblasting. Production takes place in its own production facilities in China; for more than three years, injection moulding factories in Germany have also been supplied with complete tooling and hot runner systems. In addition, Ascenta offers toolmaking, sample production (4–6 weeks, up to 10,000 pieces), assembly of components, technical quality control according to APQP, warehousing and JIT delivery as well as supply chain management for Chinese suppliers. In 2016, an independent office was established in Emmerich am Rhein to guarantee customer proximity in the same time zone and in German. The company serves OEM customers from a wide variety of industries.

Quality
Technical quality control is carried out along the entire production process on the basis of a simplified APQP including a test plan; first samples are delivered with a dimensional inspection report. The company in China has been certified to ISO 9001:2015 since April 2018.
