About Aseptconn AG
Aseptconn AG is a Swiss company with an international scope of operations that offers fluid transfer solutions for pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and the chemical industry. Its range of services covers engineering, manufacturing and distribution of single-use and multi-use solutions up to fill-finish applications. At the headquarters in Tagelswangen, administration, engineering, central warehouse/logistics and hose assembly take place; in two certified cleanrooms (ISO Class 7), customer-specific single-use assemblies are manufactured double-packaged. The production site in Bulle combines precision CNC machining (turning, milling, drilling, grinding), electrical discharge machining (EDM), TIG, orbital, laser and plastics welding, mechanical polishing and electropolishing up to mirror polish Ra 0.8 µm, passivation, laser engraving as well as the manufacture of fill-finish filling needles. Materials include stainless steel (316/316L), Hastelloy, titanium, aluminium, copper, tin, bronze and engineering plastics. The engineering team works according to ISO, DIN and ASME BPE and offers CFD simulations; in addition, the company distributes components for aseptic fluid transfer as well as the software AseptSoft through a partner network.
