About Asteelflash
Asteelflash is a global electronics manufacturing services (EMS) company with 18 production sites on 4 continents and over 6,000 employees worldwide; the company has been part of USI (Universal Scientific Industrial, Shanghai) since 2020. PCBA (printed circuit board assembly), electro-mechanical assemblies, box builds, and complete product assemblies, as well as plastic injection and mechatronics for the automotive industry are manufactured. The process chain includes co-design and engineering with Design for Excellence (DfX), prototyping, New Product Introduction, mass production up to about 500 million units per year, as well as conformal coating, testing, and fulfillment. Typical PCBA processes include screen printing, Solder Paste Inspection (SPI), assembly using Pick-and-Place robots, tunnel reflow, and automatic optical inspection (AOI). Typical industries include Automotive, Medical Technology, Aerospace, Defense, Energy Management, Industrial, IoT, Smart Home, and Telecommunications. The headquarters is located in Saint-Cloud near Paris, with German production sites in Bad Hersfeld and Eberbach, as well as a Design Center in Hamburg.
