Special servo motor solutions from Ingolstadt

Since 1989, ATS Antriebstechnik GmbH has been developing and manufacturing custom brushless servo motors in Ingolstadt for the most demanding requirements. The special solutions are based on the company's own ADS and NDS product lines, which are adapted cost-effectively to customer requirements on the basis of modular standard components. The product range includes adaptation to special voltages (e.g. 24 V, 48 V), special speeds of up to 12,000 min-1, mechanical special designs such as special shafts and bearing shields, as well as the attachment and installation of holding brakes, incremental encoders and gearboxes. On request, motors are combined with gearboxes, brakes and cooling (air or fluid) or integrated with power electronics in collaboration with development partners. Production and assembly take place at the Ingolstadt site, which is shared with Rudolf Schabmüller GmbH & Co. KG; a large proportion of the individual parts is sourced from German suppliers. Acceptance is carried out as one-off production or in small series up to series production requirements for industries ranging from industrial applications and e-mobility to agriculture and wind power, as well as automated guided transport systems and research & development.
