About Bohnhoff
The August F. M. Bohnhoff GmbH has been manufacturing commercial kitchen equipment since 1875 and has specialised since 1910 in complete galley systems for ocean-going vessels. The company processes stainless steel (including grades 1.4301, 1.4571, AISI 316) into stainless steel furniture, commercial cooking appliances with induction technology, refrigeration and dishwashing equipment, bar counters as well as piping and vessel constructions. Manufacturing takes place in the company's own facility in Halstenbek near Hamburg, where planning with CAD and 3D visualisation, production and quality assurance are all under one roof. The service portfolio includes USPH-compliant furniture to CDC/VSP (fully welded constructions, hygienic versions H1, H2, H3), shock-proof and antimagnetic versions to construction standard BV 1840 for the navy, as well as the economical standard Caravelle line for merchant and container ships. The offering is rounded out by turn-key solutions, worldwide installation and commissioning as well as after-sales service with spare parts supply. Bohnhoff installations are in use worldwide on luxury yachts, cruise ships, naval vessels, offshore vessels and merchant ships.
