About Gentner Drehteile
Axel Gentner GmbH manufactures complex precision, turned and milled parts for medical technology and mechanical engineering. The range of services includes Swiss-type (long) turning with 2 to 9 axes from Ø 1.0 to 32.0 mm (CNC and conventional), chucking (short) turning up to Ø 51 mm from bar stock or Ø 160 mm as a chuck part, as well as CNC milling with up to 7 axes in single and multiple setups. Production is carried out in small and medium series of approximately 10 to 20,000 pieces, including prototype development and pilot series. In addition, the company offers drawing creation (CAD system SolidWorks), CAD/CAM programming, and further machining and finishing in-house (vibratory finishing, glass bead blasting, oil-free washing) or with long-standing partners (anodizing, nickel plating, chrome plating, hardening, laser welding, among others) up to the ready-to-install part. More than 70 employees produce in Tuttlingen-Möhringen in a newly occupied building from 2019 in 2-shift operation. The quality management system is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.
