About B-Components
B-Components GmbH specializes in the development and optimization of fastening elements as well as the production of aluminium castings. Founded in 2019, the company manufactures permanent mold casting parts in its Hungarian aluminium foundry in Aszód for the construction industry and mechanical engineering, from prototypes to large-scale series. For the construction industry, statically relevant cast parts such as elements for railings, balconies and canopies are produced in accordance with EN 1999-1-1:2007. In mechanical engineering, highly stressed thick- and thin-walled elements are produced from 200 pieces with a unit weight of 0.05 kg to 15 kg. The range of services includes, in addition to casting, project-specific design and structural calculation, FEM analysis and optimization of metal systems, as well as consulting on alloy selection — customer alloys are also possible. The office is located in Mühlacker (Baden-Württemberg), production in Aszód, Hungary.
