About us
Bäckerei Service Peuckmann GmbH & Co. KG is a family-owned, cross-manufacturer service provider for bakery technology based in Rietberg (Ostwestfalen). Founded in 1997 by Peter Peuckmann, the company employs 22 staff and serves more than 200 bakery customers throughout Germany. Its services include consulting and planning of baking rooms, new assembly and installation of bakery machines, modernisation and expansion of existing systems, as well as maintenance, upkeep and repair of bakery technology of all brands – supplemented by maintenance contracts and a 24/7 emergency service. As an official sales and service partner, Peuckmann sells SANCASSIANO kneading machines, CO₂ refrigeration systems with heat recovery from ICECOOL, and HEUFT thermal oil ovens; since 2026 also HEUFT thermal oil systems in the North sales territory. In 2018 the first patent for the Concord Flex was filed. The target group are bakeries and industrial baked goods producers such as Harry-Brot, Aryzta, Dr. Schär and Schwarz Produktion.
