About BÄR-CAD
BÄR-CAD is a design office in Eichstetten in the Breisgau region, specialised in product development and mould design for tool and mould making. The company creates designs for stack moulds, multi-cavity moulds, unscrewing tools, hot-runner mould halves and multi-component moulds, as well as moulds with complex freeform geometries, for example for the automotive industry, and foaming moulds for PUR moulded parts. Design work is carried out consistently in 3D with 2D drawing derivation, taking production considerations into account. In addition, a 3D printing service (FDM) for visual and assembly samples made of ABS and PLA is offered, with a build volume of 150 x 150 x 150 mm, including 3D design of the models. Further design services include knife grinding machines. Reference customers include mould makers and plastics processors in Germany and Switzerland, including Otto Männer, FOBOHA, THIEME, Braunform and Zahoransky.
